Aktueller Anlass war die am 27.4.2016 erlassene Europ\u00e4ische Datenschutz-Grundverordnung 2016\/679, die am 25.5.2018 in allen Mitgliedsl\u00e4ndern in Kraft treten, die Regeln f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung von personenbezogenen Daten durch private Unternehmen und \u00f6ffentliche Stellen innerhalb der EU vereinheitlichen und die Europ\u00e4ische Richtlinie 95\/46 ersetzen wird.
