Wahrscheinlich wird zun\u00e4chst der Zugang zum Bankensystem mit der M\u00f6glichkeit zur Er\u00f6ffnung von Bankkonten und customer ID gelockert, w\u00e4hrend bis zur Freigabe von \u00dcberweisungen\u00a0 ins Ausland noch einige Zeit vergehen d\u00fcrfte.
