Sie hat bereits Erfahrung mit internationalen Kaufvertr\u00e4gen, Corporate Compliance und Unternehmensumstrukturierung. Sie war au\u00dferdem bei der Umsetzung von Datenschutzgesetzgebung in Handels- und Bankgesch\u00e4ften t\u00e4tig. Zusammen mit unseren anderen Mitarbeitern wird sie wichtige Rechtsthemen \u00fcbernehmen und den Unternehmen, mit denen MStR Law zusammenarbeitet, L\u00f6sungswege aufzeigen. Unsere Kanzlei freut sich auf die europ\u00e4ische Erfahrung von Frau Georgaki und wird mit ihr neue Rechtsmaterie erkunden im Bem\u00fchen um innovative Rechtsauffassungen in neuen Rechtszweigen, die sich auf dem europ\u00e4ischen Parkett entwickeln.
