She was born and raised in Kanallaki, Preveza. She graduated from the Law Faculty of the National University of Athens on 2011 and holds a postgraduate degree in Public Law with honors. Her expertise covers public and administrative law, mainly tax issues, data protection and energy and environmental law, on both advisory and court level. She has particular experience on energy law and renewable energy, since she has undertaken several cases in the field, including RES projects due diligence works, the drafting and elaboration of contracts, such as share and asset transfer, work, supply, epc and o&amp;m contracts, as well as the handling of disputes involving RES project before civil and administrative courts. As a lawyer she is furthermore engaged with civil, commercial and IP law cases, while she regularly advises on all aspects of corporate law and supports clients in relation to contract legal drafting and related negotiations.
