The country\u2019s production activity, which was affected by the recent floods and fires must be restored immediately and the insurance companies shall not abstain from this restoration. MStR Law undertakes the assertion of extrajudicial and judicial claims of the insurance indemnity from insurance companies in relation to the material damages and the revenue foregone, caused to insured RES power plants (photovoltaic power plants and hydroelectric power stations, wind parks etc) due to the natural disaster that affected regions of Thessaly, along with other regions of the country. The legal advice on the issues of insurance coverage (e.g. scope of insurance, notices of insurance event within the deadline, insurance amount, insurer\u2019s liability exemptions, etc.) as well as the extrajudicial and judicial assertion of the relevant claims against the insurance companies, is a field in which our law firm is already active possessing relevant experience in respect of Energy Law and of claiming indemnities.
