LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT LAW

Our partners and associates are very experienced in drafting employment contracts, whether for a fixed or indefinite duration, or other types of employment agreements (manager’s agreements, managing director’s agreements) on behalf of our principals, whether employers or workers.

Work contracts or employment contracts, in general, that are not classified as simple contracts, i.e. drawn up with the minimum statutory requirements set out in the collective agreements or in the arbitral awards, contain complex arrangements and, at the same time, are of highest importance to the functionality of a business, whether considered from the perspective of an employer or on the part of the worker, who is usually an executive, from whom the employer has great expectations for the development of their activities.

Our lawyers have rich experience in labour lawsuits or requests to mediation and arbitration but also in the negotiations for drafting collective agreements.
