MStR Law has legally supported Greencells Group in the development of its photovoltaic parks in Greece, aiming to finance its projects through an Austrian financial institution. The project also involves 8 other European countries in which Greencells operates and for which a collaboration between MStR Law and the international law firm Dentons had to take place. With active support from our managing partner lawyer Mr. Dirk Reinhardt, senior associates Ms. Xanthi Kourti, Ms. Anastasia Nikolakopoulou, Mr. Thodoris Kriarakis and also the cooperation of the other members of our firm, the necessary legal due diligence of the photovoltaic parks were conducted and legal issues were addressed and completed.
