Dimitra Georgaki is a Member of the Athens Bar Association and associate lawyer in MStR Law Firm. She was born and raised in Athens. She graduated from the Law Faculty of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and she holds a postgraduate degree (LL.M) in Civil Law and Modern Financial Transactions, with honors, from the same university. In the course of her studies, she conducted her master thesis on the topic of “Data Processing in the context of Banking Transactions”. She also holds a postgraduate degree in Commercial and Company Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, specializing in international contracts of sale and carriage of goods, corporate governance practices, corporate restructuring, and M&A transactions. As an attorney, she mainly deals with civil law and corporate law issues, energy law and data protection. Her native language is Greek, whilst she has an excellent command of English and French.
